: Looking for Subject matter expert with 8 to 11 years of experience on Modern device management stack including skills on Application packaging skills & Software / patch deployment skills via Microsoft config manager / Endpoint manager / MS Intune the role requiresResponsibilities and Accountabilities:
Should be a Subject Matter Expert in Application Packaging, Application Virtualization and Applications Assessment technologies and be ready to present or lead discussions on these technologies. Very good knowledge in MSI packaging with Flexera Admin Studio Very good knowledge in scripting with PowerShell Good knowledge with App Deployment Toolkit Strong experience in Software Distribution and Patch management using SCCM / Intune Handling co-management & Modern device management is an added advantage In-depth work stream experience like mass rollout of software Deployment, incident analysis, resolution, problem definition, analysis and resolution of Deployment failures. Detailed Infrastructure knowledge including Server troubleshooting, design, and implementation experience on SCCM current branch / Legacy versions In-depth understanding of all SCCM concepts like SCCM Roles, Boundary configuration, site assignment, Client installations etc. Awareness of recent technology changes of System Center Products. Awareness of SCCM V-Next and windows 10 / 11 Servicing. In-depth knowledge of Client OS (Windows 10/11) and Troubleshooting. Hand on experience with SOE build via SCCM task sequence and in-place upgrade is an added advantage.You will be successful in this role if you have:
Necessary skills:
Strong understanding of ITIL, specific to Change & Release management Ability and willingness to take direction from technical service delivery lead and Client Executives Ability to work in a team environment Able to adapt to a changing technical environment Ability to coach other members of team in their area of expertise Ability to communicate clearly with all team members and end-users Ability to work with a sense of urgency Customer facing presentation and consulting skills Strong knowledge of Microsoft PowerShellCertifications:
ITIL Foundation (optional),
Certification on Configuration Manager & Intune (Optional in case of Good knowledge)
