About the Role

Datacom is seeking a highly skilled SOE Architect to join our team. As an SOE Architect, you will be responsible for assisting with the development of Endpoint Engineering Architecture for outsourced IT service environments.

The ideal candidate will have 8 years of IT industry experience, with experience in a SOE management role. You will be passionate about your work, proactive, client-focused, and believe in customer service as a point of differentiation in a service offering.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the development of Endpoint Engineering Architecture for outsourced IT service environments
  • Provide mentoring and coaching to engineers
  • Work with a team of peers to deliver technical solutions
  • Evolve in your role to meet changing customer, technology, and internal stakeholders' requirements
Requirements
  • 8 years of IT industry experience
  • Experience in a SOE management role
