About The Role
You will support new and existing customers in helping with varying queries regarding access and security systems.

Duties:

  • Inbound calls from new and existing Customers
  • Prompt process of Customer orders and credit claims
  • Contact Customers for follow ups, Sales and Service calls
  • Assist customers with the repair / replacement of faulty products
  • Complete required documentation in accordance with procedures
  • Level 1 tech support and troubleshooting

  
Skills & Experience

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • A positive and resilient outlook
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Customer service experience is desired
  • Computer literacy and the ability to multitask
  • Hardware product/industry knowledge - Beneficial
