As the Data Centre Practice Leader, you’ll drive Data#3’s Data Centre partnerships and lead sales to power our customers' critical workloads. You’ll guide our practice, align it with company goals, and strengthen key relationships with customers and vendors.

In this role, you’ll oversee strategic sales and collaborate nationally to create and deliver innovative solutions. Your focus will also be on developing national teams, ensuring they are motivated and equipped for success.

In this role you will: 

  • Lead the development and promotion of Data#3’s Data Centre value proposition, ensuring it resonates in the market.
  • Drive strategic Data Centre sales, working with sales and specialists to deliver on customer objectives and achieve sales targets.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to define and execute a practice plan aligned with Data#3’s strategic priorities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, vendors and industry stakeholders.
  • Manage vendor relationships to maximize profitability and align with both customer preferences and strategic vendor performance.

About You 

  • 5+ years’ experience in sales, technical, or solution development-related roles. 
  • Technical sales expertise with relevant industry products, services, or solutions.
  • Ability to gain commitment from stakeholders through persuasion, convincing, and negotiating.
  • Comfortable with basic financials such as sales reports, budgets, business cases, etc.
  • Well-developed communication skills which effect the desired result for, and with, stakeholders.
  • Developing, managing, and leveraging relationships.
