About the role

We are seeking a Medical Administrator to join our Helensvale area, Gold Coast team on a full time basis. The role is offered on a rotating roster. Shifts vary according to practice hours with participation of a rotating roster. Opportunity for overtime.

These positions have become available due to growth. The team in Helensvale is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join the team. 

About you

  • Demonstrated reception experience within a radiology or specialist practice is advantageous but not essential
  • Experience in radiology typing will be highly regarded
  • Friendly, caring and compassionate nature with the ability to work collaboratively within a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to deliver a high level of patient care and customer service
  • Sharp attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Demonstrated composure under pressure prioritising a commitment to service excellence
  • Professional personal presentation
