About The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic individual to join our team in Muswellbrook as a Project Manager for Construction Equipment. This dynamic role is ideal for someone who thrives in a diverse and fast-paced environment.
Reporting to the Service Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Coordinating and managing construction equipment services, maintenance, and repairs.
- Promoting parts and service sales to meet budgeted targets.
- Ensuring all work is performed safely and in accordance with specifications.
- Identifying and leading continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborating with internal departments and peers to deliver Total Customer Satisfaction.
To excel in this role, you will need:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High enthusiasm, motivation, and a drive to succeed.
- Proven experience in a similar role with a track record of fostering customer relationships.
- A mechanical or electrical background in construction or mining equipment with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in administration and computer skills.
- A strong focus on safety and understanding of site safety processes.
- Willingness to travel within the Hunter Valley and Western NSW areas.
