Senior Change Partner

Integratedliving Australia is seeking a Senior Change Partner to join our team. As a key member of our Enterprise Program Office, you will work across a range of Business Optimisation, Systems and People initiatives with a focus on coaching and inspiring our people leaders to be change champions.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan, partner and coach business leaders to implement significant changes to ways of working and promote a continuous improvement approach to change.
- Utilise your professional expertise to lead and partner with others to optimise business outcomes and deliver functional services and outcomes.
- Provide leadership in the development, interpretation and implementation of organisational planning, policy and procedures that are relevant to your expertise.
- Offer SME knowledge to organisational improvement initiatives and strategic projects, taking a future focus to influence and deliver operational and strategic services.
- Degree qualification in Business, organisational psychology or relevant organisational change management experience.
- Prosci Change Management Certification and project management certification or evidence of equivalent experience desirable.
- Background in Change Management, project implementation and delivery and co-design in human services in a healthcare setting.
- Core change management capabilities including change analysis, impact assessment, human behaviour change, coaching, developing and managing change plans, scope, budgets, schedules, benefits, risks, quality, communications, change and stakeholder engagement with the ability to adapt these to the organisation's standards and capabilities.
