About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Change Partner to join our team at Integratedliving Australia. As a key member of our Enterprise Program Office, you will play a critical role in driving transformation and change across our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Change Management Initiatives: Plan, partner, and coach business leaders to implement significant changes to ways of working and promote a continuous improvement approach to change.
  • Optimize Business Outcomes: Utilize your professional expertise to lead and partner with others to optimize business outcomes and deliver functional services and outcomes.
  • Develop Organizational Planning: Provide leadership in the development, interpretation, and implementation of organizational planning, policy, and procedures that are relevant to your expertise.
  • Offer SME Knowledge: Offer subject matter expertise to organizational improvement initiatives and strategic projects, taking a future focus to influence and deliver operational and strategic services.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Degree qualification in Business, organizational psychology, or relevant organizational change management experience.
  • Prosci Change Management Certification: Prosci Change Management Certification and project management certification or evidence of equivalent experience desirable.
  • Background in Change Management: Background in change management, project implementation, and delivery, and co-design in human services in a health care setting.
  • Core Change Management Capabilities: Core change management capabilities including change analysis, impact assessment, human behavior change, coaching, developing and managing change plans, scope, budgets, schedules, benefits, risks, quality, communications, change, and stakeholder engagement with the ability to adapt these to the organization's standards and capabilities.
