Your Role

The CTS Division Oceania Satellite Academy will use all training activities launched from the CTS division within the Competence Portal and develop the CTS Training Plans. You will report to the local CT Australia Customer Centre, with support from CTS SEA Academy Manager, and work closely together with Service Specialists, Technical support, and Training in the SEA & Oceania region customer centres. The mission of the CTS Division Oceania Satellite Academy Manager is ensure  that people in the CTS organization within the region the correct and certifications by providing training packages.

  • The set-up of the CTS Division Oceania Satellite Academy
  • Roll out of blended learning within the CTS Division Oceania Satellite
  • Implement the CTS division qualification criteria and knowledge testing for different competence levels.
  • Structure learning objects towards the target audience with pre-requisites and certification
  • Develop and coordinate basic training courses in cooperation with the service specialists or people from the field.
  • Aid the service specialists for the development of technical trainings, taking into consideration different learning styles.
  • Define future training needs based on expressed interest from the users.

 
To succeed, you will need  

  • Bachelor of Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent level of knowledge through experience.
  • General technical knowledge, theoretical as well as practical is required.
  • Experience in the development of training programs is a major asset.
  • Good knowledge of Atlas Copco products and a practical knowledge of service and marketing activities in the field.
  • Familiarity with MS Office packages as well as knowledge on e- learning packages advantageous
  • Proficiency in collaborative teamwork, demonstrating initiative, and the capability to work autonomously.
  • Good communicative skills with the ability to transfer conceptual ideas to other people.
