Your Role
The CTS Division Oceania Satellite Academy Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs for the CTS organization within the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain a comprehensive training program for the CTS Division Oceania Satellite Academy.
- Develop and implement blended learning solutions to enhance the skills and knowledge of employees.
- Design and implement qualification criteria and knowledge testing for different competence levels.
- Structure learning objects to meet the needs of the target audience, including pre-requisites and certification.
- Collaborate with service specialists and subject matter experts to develop and coordinate basic training courses.
- Support the development of technical training programs, considering different learning styles.
- Identify future training needs based on user feedback and interest.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent level of knowledge through experience.
- General technical knowledge, theoretical as well as practical, is required.
- Experience in training program development is highly desirable.
- Good knowledge of Atlas Copco products and practical experience in service and marketing activities.
- Familiarity with MS Office packages and e-learning platforms is advantageous.
- Proficiency in collaborative teamwork, demonstrating initiative, and the ability to work autonomously.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas to others.
