We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Training and Knowledge Transfer Specialist to lead our training programs across our product portfolio in New Zealand and Australia.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain technical materials and delivery platforms to support best practice training and assessment for Temperzone and Hitachi products.
- Identify key issues through technical support feedback and provide solutions within the training, while sharing knowledge and technical skills across the organization and with partners.
- Work closely with technical support teams to ensure seamless customer care and after-sales service.
- Conduct research and problem-solving, consulting with relevant teams as needed.
- Understand Temperzone and Hitachi product functionality and diagnostics, and transfer knowledge into suitable formats for dissemination.
- Prepare and deliver product training to customers, repair agents, and staff, providing support during peak periods and for escalated issues.
- Offer feedback on unit performance to the engineering team and build relationships with key customers on technical matters.
- Assist the sales team with technical aspects and application inquiries.
- Leadership and ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Expertise in systems controls and mechanics, with a strong understanding of air conditioning system design.
- Proven customer service experience, with a focus on technical support and training.
- Ability to build internal and external relationships, with a strong network of contacts in the industry.
- Flexible decision-making and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide evidence-based conclusions.
- Project management skills, with experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Minimum 10 years' experience in the air conditioning industry, with a high level of technical competence.
- High level of experience in staff management, with a proven track record of leadership and team development.
