This role involves identifying, developing, and maintaining technical materials and delivery platforms to support best practice training and assessment for both Temperzone and Hitachi. Additionally, it includes identifying key issues through Tech Support feedback and providing solutions within the training, while sharing specific knowledge and technical skills across the organization and with our partners.

This role is an integral part of our Technical Support team and plays a vital role in our customer care and after-sales service departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with our Technical Support teams to ensure seamless communication and knowledge sharing.
  • Conduct research and problem-solving to identify solutions for technical issues.
  • Develop and maintain technical materials and delivery platforms to support training and assessment.
  • Transfer knowledge into suitable formats for dissemination to customers, repair agents, and staff.
  • Prepare and deliver product training to customers, repair agents, and staff.
  • Provide support during peak periods and for escalated issues.
  • Offer feedback on unit performance to the Engineering Team.
  • Build relationships with key customers on technical matters.
  • Assist Sales team with technical aspects and application inquiries.
Requirements:
  • Leadership and ability to motivate and guide teams.
  • Expertise in systems controls and mechanics.
  • Proven customer service experience.
  • Ability to build internal and external relationships.
  • Flexible decision making.
  • Problem-solving and evidence-based conclusions.
  • Project management skills.
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in the air conditioning industry.
  • A high competency in the technicalities of air conditioning system design.
  • High level of experience in staff management.
