Our client is a mid tier FSI business who have expanded their cyber security capabilities in the past 3 years.

As part of a transformation they are looking to uplift Identity with a new Identity lifecycle tool. This role as a technical BA is for a contractor to come in and help the business deliver this end to end. 

As the BA you will be building a relationship with the vendor and all service providers to drive the execution of the project, whilst also dealing with all internal stakeholders to minimise the disruption with the changes. 

This role is pivotal to guiding IAM projects, particularly around Identity Lifecycle Management, ensuring secure and streamlined access for users across the organization.

In this role, you will:

  • Drive IAM initiatives, work closely with tech and non tech stakeholders to define requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Collaborate with vendors and project teams to ensure effective and secure IAM processes.
  • Oversee the end-to-end identity lifecycle management, from onboarding to offboarding.
  • Analyze and document business processes, enhancing IAM protocols and user access policies.
  • Identify and address security risks, aligning IAM solutions with best practices.

Your experience should include:

  • Proven background as a Business Analyst in Identity and Access Management
  • Strong understanding of Identity Lifecycle Management within enterprise environments.
  • Experience collaborating with diverse stakeholders, including technical teams and vendors.
  • Proficiency in documenting business requirements and translating them into actionable project plans.
  • Ability to drive project timelines and deliverables in a fast-paced setting.
