Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Showroom Manager to lead our team in Parramatta. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and team management, with a keen eye for design. You will be responsible for overseeing the showroom operations, driving sales, managing a team of sales associates, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Team Management:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of showroom sales associates.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed showroom targets.
  • Foster a positive and motivating work environment to drive team performance.

Sales and Customer Service:

  • Assist customers in the showroom, providing expert product information and recommendations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to drive repeat business.
  • Achieve and exceed personal and team sales targets and KPIs.

Product Knowledge:

  • Maintain a thorough understanding of our product range and stay updated on new arrivals and trends.
  • Provide detailed product demonstrations and explain features and benefits to customers.

Operational and Administrative Duties:

  • Manage customer inquiries and orders through phone calls and emails.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and visually appealing.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a senior sales role with team management responsibilities, preferably within the bathware or home improvement industry.
  • Bathware experience is essential.
  • Strong leadership and customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Flexibility to work 5 days a week, including 1 day every weekend.
