Showroom Receptionist

We are currently seeking a confident, motivated and personable individual to join our showroom team as a receptionist.

**The Role**

You will be joining a supportive and dynamic team, the overall responsibility of this position is to be the first point of contact for guests to the dealership as well as handling all incoming phone calls.

Your main responsibility will be to provide a great guest experience by:

- Demonstrating exceptional communication skills both written and verbal by answering the phone, directing calls and taking messages
- Meeting and greeting guests and visitors to the dealership
- Working with and alongside the Toyota and Lexus Sales Team
- General administration including reporting and supporting the admin team

To be considered, you will have the following:

- Minimum of 3 years experience in a front of house receptionist position or customer-focused position
- Enjoy interacting with people and have a commitment to assist and the ability to build rapport
- Excellent communication skills
- Immaculate presentation
- Polite and friendly phone manner
- Demonstrate initiative with a can-do attitude and have a proactive approach
- Be able to work with mínimal supervision and efficiently
- Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office

The hours of work for this position are Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
