We are one of Sydney’s leading residential construction companies working across Sydney and the Central coast. We specialise in a diverse range of residential construction projects.

Our business is expanding, we now require a dynamic and talented Site Supervisor to join our motivated team. You will be championing multiple projects across all areas of residential construction which will include Townhouses, custom homes, duplex, project style homes and low rise units.

Your responsibilities include.

-      Schedule and manage subcontractors

-      Schedule and mange material deliveries

-      Prepare regular reports to the construction manager

-      Monitor progress of project against milestones and budget

-      Review/monitor target program weekly, monthly, as appropriate

-      Champion each project handover on time.

-      Making sure the site in OHS compliant.

-      Recommending changes to construction operations or procedures to increase efficiency.

-      Delegate responsibilities on site to ensure quality control process and procedures are integrated into work activities and job responsibilities.

-      Ensure non-conformances are recorded and corrective actions initiated.

-      Analyse project documentation to ensure that construction projects meet design specifications.

-      The ability to positively represent the company and actively contribute to the division’s overall efficiency.

-      Manage client’s expectations for the project through understanding and considering impact on client when communicating realistic project expectations to clients.

The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of supervision experience over multiple projects, you can demonstrate the ability to lead multiple contractors, ensuring projects are delivered to the highest quality and within a set time-frame and on budget. The ability to champion project planning, scheduling and the managing of projects is a must, with a depth of knowledge in construction methodology with sound technical knowledge as well as having the skills to liaise with clients in a friendly manner. This role is a full-time long-term position with a career and salary progression for the right candidate. Ideally you will possess a supervisors certificate and have strong knowledge of Australian standards, NCC and competent in project management software.
