Logistics Supervisor

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly efficient Supervisor to join our Government and Defence Team based at Moorebank, NSW. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading teams across a variety of warehouse operations, ensuring priority is given to safe work procedures and encouraging attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate and commit to Safety Standards and COR requirements at all times
• Deliver a high standard of customer service
• Meet individual and team KPIs
• Inventory reporting

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to lead teams across a variety of warehouse operations, ensuring priority is given to safe work procedures and encouraging attention to detail
• Ability to lead Team Leaders within the site with an emphasis on development of their teams
• Previous Defence warehousing and logistics experience (highly desirable)
• Experience in conducting operational reviews and financial reporting
• Strong problem solving, negotiation, influencing and stakeholder management skills
