The Opportunity

Veolia ANZ is seeking a National Account Manager to join our Environmental Services team based in Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane. As the National Account Manager you will be accountable for managing and maintaining national accounts, identifying additional organic growth opportunities, developing and driving continuous innovation, and contract management adherence to agreed KPI’s. 

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who has experience within the waste and resource industry or similar and has the ability to work with and positively engage internal key stakeholders to deliver positive outcomes for customers.

What you'll be responsible for

  • Proactive and attentive customer relationship and account management
  • Revenue growth through deep client understanding
  • Strategic monitoring and maintenance of client profitability
  • Great coordination of internal and external stakeholder relationships
  • Consistent and accurate use of the Salesforce CRM to plan and track activity

What you'll need to be successful

  • 5+ years experience within the waste industry or similar required
  • Current Drivers licence
  • Demonstrated experience within an Account Management role
  • Experience working toward achievement of KPIs
