About The Role:

In this role, you will play a pivotal role in the coordination and facilitation of high-quality vocational education and training.  You will be involved in preparing and conducting competency-based training and assessment in a range of settings, including classroom, workplace and online environments.  You will be joining a highly passionate team who work collaboratively and support each other in their respective roles.

Key accountabilities will include:

  • Coordinating the educational, administrative and financial affairs of an educational institution or department within the institution
  • Researching, developing, implementing, reviewing and evaluating educational and administrative policy
  • Liaising between educational institutions, parents and the wider community
  • Providing advice on policy and procedures to staff and students
  • Consulting with academic and administrative staff to coordinate educational programs
  • Identifying and addressing present and future needs for student and staff development
  • Researching educational systems and monitoring and evaluating new developments
  • Researching and reporting on students' needs arising from curriculum implementation
  • Developing and delivering training programs for teachers

We are excited about you because you have:

  • Currently studying (enrolled and actively working towards completing TAE within two years)  OR have a completed Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or TAE40110) including Design & Develop Assessment tools (TAEASS502 or TAEASS502A or TAEASS502B) and address Adult language, literacy and Numeracy (LLN) skills (TAELLN411 or TAELLN401A)
  • Relevant vocational qualification and/or competencies at least to the level to be delivered and assessed.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role
