YOUR ROLE


We are in search of a seasoned and dedicated Human Resources Coordinator to join our dynamic team for a 12-month parental leave contract, stationed at our Truganina Head Office.

As a key member reporting to the GM Human Resources, you will play a crucial role in delivering primary HR support to employees and managers across our ANZ operations.

This position offers an excellent opportunity for exposure to various disciplines, including partnering, compensation and benefits, and more.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

Specifically, you will:

  • Provide effective firstlevel HR support to employees and managers
  • Administer and maintain employee lifecycle data across our people systems, including CEVA's HCMS (SAP SuccessFactors)
  • Coordinate and manage employee lifecycle documentation (status changes, performance, terminations, etc.)
  • Coordinate HR reporting and analysis, including audit / compliance activities
  • Offer adhoc support for local and regional HR projects and initiatives.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?- Applied understanding of Australian employment laws/legislation

  • Experience working with a firsttier human capital management system, ideally SAP SuccessFactors or a similar platform
  • Intermediate to advancedlevel skills in MS Excel, particularly in reporting/data analysis
  • Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, prioritising, and time management skills
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
