Counter Managers are critical in enabling us to fulfilour purpose because they:
Provide extraordinary customer service and consult with ourcustomers, over the phone and in person, to ensure they get thebest advice for their health and beauty needs. Make every customer feel special while demonstrating prestigeproducts.Ensure our customers' transactions are processed correctly andefficiently using our point-of-sale systemsEnsure our stores are beautifully presented and well-stocked soour customers feel welcome and enjoy their experience in ourstoresDemonstrate the value of National Pharmacies membership to ourcustomers.People who excel as National Pharmacies and JurliqueCounter Managers consistently demonstrate:
Excellent product knowledge, and presentation in line with aprestige brandExtensive experience in managing a beauty counterConfidence in delivering outstanding customer service andadvice to a diverse range of customers with a broad variety ofhealth and well-being needsAbility to relate well with customers and teammatesWillingness to continue to learn about the products andservices National Pharmacies offersAdaptability and flexibility The ability to work effectively in, and contribute to, acommitted team.As a member of our team, you will enjoy:
