About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Counter Manager to join our team at National Pharmacies in North Adelaide. As a Counter Manager, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service and consult with customers to ensure they receive the best advice for their health and beauty needs.
  • Product Knowledge: Demonstrate extensive knowledge of Lancome products and services, and provide expert advice to customers.
  • Store Presentation: Ensure the store is beautifully presented and well-stocked, creating a welcoming environment for customers.
  • Transaction Processing: Process customer transactions efficiently and accurately using our point-of-sale systems.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements
  • Experience: Extensive experience in managing a beauty counter, with a proven track record of delivering sales growth and exceptional customer service.
  • Product Knowledge: Excellent knowledge of Lancome products and services, with the ability to provide expert advice to customers.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities, with a flexible and proactive approach to work.
