About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Counter Manager to join our Glenunga Pharmacy team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on our prestige products, including Lancome skincare and beauty solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Process transactions efficiently and accurately using our point-of-sale systems.
  • Ensure our stores are visually appealing and well-stocked, providing an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.
  • Demonstrate the value of National Pharmacies membership to our customers and promote our loyalty program.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in managing a beauty counter and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent product knowledge and presentation skills, with a focus on prestige brands.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Willingness to continue learning about our products and services, with a focus on staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
