We are currently seeking a skilled Lancome Counter Manager to join our Glenunga Pharmacy team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and product knowledge to ensure customers receive the best advice for their health and beauty needs.
- Make every customer feel valued and special while showcasing prestige products.
- Process transactions efficiently and accurately using our point-of-sale systems.
- Maintain a beautifully presented and well-stocked store environment to ensure a welcoming experience for customers.
- Demonstrate the value of National Pharmacies membership to customers.
Requirements:
- Excellent product knowledge and presentation skills in line with a prestige brand.
- Extensive experience in managing a beauty counter.
- Confidence in delivering outstanding customer service and advice to a diverse range of customers.
- Ability to relate well with customers and teammates.
- Willingness to continue learning about products and services offered by National Pharmacies.
- Adaptability and flexibility.
