About the Role


Ready to make a real impact? As the Stakeholder Analyst reporting to the Director of Strategic Intelligence, you'll be at the forefront of driving our Global, Culture and Engagement Portfolio's strategic ambitions, both domestically and abroad. Your mission? To decode the intricate stakeholder landscape of the University, ensuring our strategies are informed by their needs and expectations.

The team is located within the office of the Deputy Vice-Chancellor Global Culture and Engagement. Using your keen analytical skills and innovative research methods, you'll dive deep into stakeholder insights, leading to engagement strategies that not only meet but exceed expectations. Your work will be the compass guiding our decision-makers towards more effective stakeholder interactions, ultimately enhancing satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.

Your responsibilities will include:

Managing the implementation and operation of a robust stakeholder mapping and analysis system to assist the Portfolio conduct its stakeholder engagement activities. Identifying and categorising the Portfolio stakeholder landscape as it relates to the strategic objectives of the portfolio including identifying internal players, external partners, government, industry, regulators, and community groups. Developing comprehensive stakeholder maps to understand their roles, interests, and influence within the organization and analyse data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.

Your ability to communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally, will be crucial in preparing high-quality presentations, reports, and documents that resonate with stakeholders. Equally important is your talent for building strong interpersonal relationships and collaborating effectively with teams and partners from diverse backgrounds. You will also have:

A bachelor level degree and subsequent relevant experience; or extensive experience in a similar position; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training. Demonstrated experience in developing and supporting stakeholder analysis and mapping activities that can demonstrate outcomes, impact and value. Demonstrated capacity for flexibility, agility and innovation, while maintaining commitment to achieving outcomes.
