**About the Role**
Ready to make a real impact in higher education? We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic Analyst to join our Future Students Planning and Operations team.
As our Analyst, you'll be right in the heart of the action, collaborating with internal University stakeholders and helping shape the future of student recruitment and admissions. Your role? To evaluate, advise, and guide us on enhancing our processes, all while providing valuable insights into student recruitment, admissions, and marketing performance.
Get ready to be the go-to person for coordinating, developing, and delivering performance analysis and reporting services. You'll be working on both onshore and offshore projects, diving into market intelligence, data sets, and reporting structures.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the coordination of student acquisition and marketing plans to meet strategic goals and University targets.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to assess current processes, pinpoint areas for improvement, and develop business solutions for enhanced organizational efficiency and a better prospective student experience.
- Analysing extensive data sets, systems, and business processes to inform internal stakeholder decision-making, aligning with the University's strategic goals and Divisional Groups' student acquisition plans.
**Who we are looking for**
Seeking a dynamic analyst Bring your initiative development and data expertise to revolutionise our approach. Your skills in analytics, problem-solving, and organisation are crucial for managing complex tasks and tight deadlines. With your exceptional written communication, you'll effortlessly produce comprehensive reports.
You will also have:
- A relevant tertiary qualification, or an equivalent combination of relevant training, education, and/or experience.
- Demonstrated skills and understanding of data manipulation and being an expert user of various systems and databases (e.g. CRM, Student Management) and the Microsoft suite of programs.
- In-depth knowledge of the higher education sector and its intelligence/advisory requirements is highly preferred.
