Administration Support Officer

Your Role
You'll be the first point of contact for the service, managing our reception and being part of a busy administration team who provide professional and efficient support to the team.
Your tasks will include:
- General administrative support duties (including general reception, answering phones, emails etc)
- Management of incoming and outgoing mail
- Providing advice and information on Ozcare's products and services
- Preparing detailed documents
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation
Your Attributes

- The willingness to go the extra mile
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Availability to pick up casual shifts as required

Role Requirements
- Current Police Screening Certificate
- Current Queensland drivers' licence
- Previous experience with customer service over the phone and via email is essential
- A relevant Certificate III or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously to ensure job/responsibilities are completed on time
- Demonstrated sound computer literacy including word processing, Excel, and Outlook
