Hanes Australasia is currently looking for a Logistics Coordinator to support export functions for Hanes Products in liaison with other divisions and departments. This role is responsible for all planning, controlling , coordinating and reconciling shipments for export operations and ensuring performance meets business expectations. This role is based in our Distribution Centre in Truganina.


 
What will I be doing day to day?

Outbound deliveries between freight forwarder, warehouses, stores / customers. Includes all freight types () Ensure all transport and freight is coordinated to each carrier correctly and in a timely manner (, shipping line,freight forwarder) Coordinate key customer deliveries to ensure service levels are met Process export / import documents in a timely manner to lodge correct data needed by the stakeholders including customs Management of the process to ensure no delays occur and fines / additional charges are not incurred

What experience/skills do I have?

Experience in warehousing/logistics Understanding of warehousing and freight providers Microsoft Office experience, with advanced Excel skills Great communication skills to liaise with multiple stakeholders Ability to solve problems in a timely matter, whilst getting to the root cause of potential issues
