**YOUR ROLE**
- 6-month fixed-term non-ongoing contract
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting our internal talent acquisition team. The role will assist with resume screening, conducting preliminary phone interviews and proactive sourcing for key roles. Additionally, the role will facilitate scheduling interviews and managing pre-hire checks to ensure a smooth hiring process.**WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?**
Specifically, you will:
**WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?**- Experience with screening resumes, conducting telephone interviews and coordinating pre-employment checks
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g. SuccessFactors, WorkDay) and Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with professional networking platforms and job boards
