About the position
 
The Finance Manager supports the Chief Financial Officer to lead and manage the financial operations of the organisation, ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with statutory requirements, and effective budget management. Additionally, the Finance Manager provides financial advice to support decision-making, drives continuous improvement in financial processes, and fosters a high-performing organisational culture.
 
Key responsibilities include:

  • Day-to-day management of the finance function.
  • Financial management of funding contracts and acquittals.
  • Preparing budgets and forecasts.
  • Preparing reports for management, the Board and other stakeholders.
  • Manage both external and internal audits for finance.
  • Ensure statutory and compliance requirements are met. 

This is a full-time position, based at Grand Pacific Health’s new premise in Oran Park which is close to amenities, public transport and the future Oran Park railway station. Travel to other Grand Pacific Health locations across NSW and ACT will also be required. Flexible work arrangements can be considered.
 
We are looking for someone with:

  1. Tertiary qualifications and CPA / CA qualified.
  2. 5+ years’ experience in a similar role.
  3. Demonstrated experience managing government grants and acquittals.
  4. Good written and verbal communication skills.
  5. Attention to detail is a must.
