As the Finance manager, you will oversee Accounting & Reporting services, ensuring a robust compliance framework and effective governance to promote entrepreneurship while protecting our people, customers, and businesses. Your responsibilities will extend beyond the retail sector, encompassing the investment and environmental divisions of the company as well.

**You will have the following duties in the role**:

- Developing, implementing, monitoring, reviewing, and assessing budgetary and accounting strategies, policies, and plans in partnership with other managers.
- Providing financial insights and analyzing their effects on business performance and funding needs.
- Review monthly reports
- Overseeing the establishment, execution, and oversight of accounting systems.
- Managing the preparation of financial statements, such as income statements, balance sheets, and future earnings forecasts, to assess the organization's financial health.
- Profit and Loss review and analysis
- Evaluating capital finance proposals and the financial status of ongoing projects.
- Understanding of inter-company transactions.
- Offering advice on investment options, funding sources, and the allocation of earnings.
- Preparing long-term profit projections, budgets, and financial reports.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant financial laws and regulations.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Auditing or Finance.
- Two to three years of relevant experience and/or on-the-job training may be required
- Effective communicator with the ability to influence decision-making and foster energy and commitment within the organization.
- Capable of managing a dynamic and constantly changing environment with evolving demands.
- Skilled at inspiring individuals and teams to achieve organizational goals, motivating them to excel and develop by providing feedback, coaching, training, and guidance for career growth
- Act as a strategic, tactical, and operational business partner with strong analytical abilities, translating business needs into financial outcomes and solutions.
