The Position:

As a Member Contact Specialist you will play a crucial role in assisting and providing high quality member banking support.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing member banking support through email, phone and SMS
  • Ensuring all compliance and banking policies are being met and adhered to
  • Support with cross-selling products and opportunities via inbound and outbound channels
  • Resolving or escalating member issues or enquiries as required
  • Completing tasks to deadlines and timeframes as required

Skills & Experience:

  • Strong customer contact experience within a similar environment - banking, insurance or superannuation
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work as a team player
