Crystalbrook Collection is an award-winning hotel development and management company, with Australia's newest portfolio of distinctive upscale luxury hotels where differences are applauded. After only 6 years in operation, we own and manage over AU$1 billion in hotel assets currently located across NSW and QLD. Our growth phase has escalated with exciting plans that include a new hotel opening in Adelaide in 2026 and Canberra in 2027, with aspirations for further Australian & overseas expansion.
  
The Role:  
Reporting to the Area Sales Team in Cairns, this position is responsible for the significant contribution toward achieving our Corporate FIT and Residential Conference targets for Crystalbrook Collections three Hotels in Cairns FNQ.  The position will focus on proactive sales nationally to generate corporate and conference RFPs and convert those leads to generate maximum market share for Crystalbrook Cairns Hotels & Venues.

As a key member of the sales team, it is expected that you will develop innovative strategies to encourage long-term relationships balanced with short-term tactical sales campaigns to drive maximum revenue.
 
You will naturally: 

  • Identify, cultivate and foster exceptional relationships across a wide geographic using innovative strategies in market to generate revenue opportunities
  • Nurture commercial leads via a tailored strategic plan to secure future business
  • Lead negotiations to closure and ensure best in class governance
  • Utilise industry events and networking opportunities to drive leads
  • Leverage technology and innovate robust database management processes to cultivate effective and efficient progress and collaboration

We are looking for an ambitious and dynamic Account Director with a predetermined background in Hotels, Hospitality and Tourism.  You will have significant experience in partnerships and relationship management and will naturally generate and enhance exceptional relationships.  The position will have a pre-defined account base, that you will further grow, develop and define to ensure future success.  You will be well organised, results driven, accountable and motivated by all things innovative, creative and collective.
