Crystalbrook Collection is a distinguished hotel development and management company, with a fresh collection of upscale luxury hotels across Australia where uniqueness is embraced. In just 6 years, we have acquired and oversee over AU$1 billion in hotel assets spread across NSW and QLD. Our growth spurt includes forthcoming openings in Adelaide in 2026 and Canberra in 2027, with visions for further expansion in Australia and abroad.

The Role:
Reporting to the Area Sales Team in Cairns, this role plays a vital part in achieving our Corporate FIT and Residential Conference targets for Crystalbrook Collection's three Hotels in Cairns FNQ. The focus will be on proactive national sales to generate corporate and conference RFPs and convert them into market share for Crystalbrook Cairns Hotels & Venues.

As a crucial team member, you are expected to devise innovative strategies to build enduring relationships while executing short-term sales campaigns for revenue maximization.

You will naturally:

  • Identify, nurture, and sustain exceptional relationships nationwide using innovative market strategies to create revenue opportunities
  • Cultivate commercial leads with a tailor-made strategic plan for securing future business
  • Lead negotiations to closure maintaining high governance standards
  • Utilize industry events and networking avenues to generate leads
  • Incorporate technology and enhance robust database management processes for effective progress and collaboration
