As a WCP Business Analyst in our Team, you’ll play a key role in helping to work in a team elaborating and defining business requirements and process transformation, using Agile methods to design and scope business solutions and initiatives within the Wholesale Credit Platform program.

What will your day look like?

The WCP Business Analyst will lead culture change and continuous improvement initiatives. This role supports the delivery of improvement initiatives to support strategic goals and cultural change for the portfolio through prioritisation, leading initiatives and delivering process improvements end to end.


As a WCP Business Analyst you are accountable for:

 Ensure that assigned business analysis activities are conducted within agreed cost parameters, ensures that the outputs and benefits are clear and that identified products provide efficiencies in business Develop requirements that are fit-for-purpose, accurate and display an understanding of the financial implications to the project or program and manage the requirements throughout the life of the project Work efficiently with the customer to elicit project requirements that are fit for purpose, recommending appropriate stakeholders to be involved with elicitation activities Facilitate working groups with multiple stakeholders including business process owners and SMEs, as well as work in a dynamic and changing environment and adapt quickly to challenges arising from the agile development approach Validate requirements with the customer and the project team and provide input to ensure that proposed solutions meet customer expectations Adhere to established ANZ policy and procedures and display an understanding of project and program practices and governance Provide support to other business analysts and contribute to the professional development of the business analyst community at ANZ

What will you bring?

To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

Extensive business analysis experience and/or related technical experience.  Experience in Data Management Understanding of the Institutional business (particularly Lending knowledge preferred) General knowledge of Information Technology and Systems Can appreciate difficult problems and work autonomously on tasks with complexity, works collaboratively as part of a team and clearly represent consolidated findings Experience with both agile SCRUM and waterfall delivery methodologies Experience in tech/Digital/Cloud based projects highly desired Experience working in agile delivery team desired
