**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**Join Our Team as a Business and Process Improvement Lead**

Are you passionate about driving change and innovation in a dynamic environment? We are seeking a motivated and strategic-minded individual to join us as a Business and Process Improvement Lead.

As a key member of our team, you'll spearhead improvement initiatives across Integrated Business Services, leveraging human-centered design practices and process design best practices to achieve operational excellence.

**Your Role**:
**Strategic Leadership**:Define and grow underlying process capabilities, actively seeking continuous improvement opportunities and best practices.
**Experience Enhancement**:Analyze and enhance the end-to-end customer and employee experience across service areas.
**Process Standardization**:Lead process standardization and shared services initiatives, championing organizational development activities.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Requirements Elicitation**:Articulate business requirements to enable IT for defining solutions.
**Workshops and Analysis**:Lead workshops and evidence-based approaches to validate requirements.
**Solution Collaboration**:Collaborate with experts to determine the most appropriate business/technical solutions.
**Efficiency Enhancement**:Drive process improvement initiatives to deliver measurable benefits.

**Required Skills & Experience**:

- 3+ years' experience in a related role preferred.

- Ability to analyze issues and drive change effectively.

**Desired Qualifications**:

- Tertiary qualification in commerce or business studies with post-graduate qualifications.
