Role Overview:
As the Manager of Operational Risk, you will spearhead the implementation of operational risk management strategy across our Securities division, with a focus on Operations and Technology. You will be the central point for risk management activities, ensuring compliance and promoting risk awareness throughout the organisation.
Skills & Experience:
- Operational Risk background in fin-tech, Investment Banking or Back Office settlements Risk roles preferable.
- Proficiency in data analytics and financial regulatory environments.
- Strong understanding of risk management practices and frameworks.
- Demonstrated ability to build internal relationships and influence.
- Experience in risk workshops, training, and management reporting.
