We are seeking a highly experienced Risk Management Senior Manager to join our team at Westpac Group. As a key member of our risk management team, you will play a critical role in identifying, managing, and mitigating risks across our Consumer Division.
As a Senior Manager, you will report to the Executive Manager, Risk Maturity and Risk Culture and will be responsible for developing and implementing risk management programs, evaluating the risk management framework, and delivering recommendations for risk management and risk culture uplift opportunities.
You will work closely with a team of risk professionals to support the Consumer Division in risk and control identification, and will use your strong stakeholder management skills and extensive risk management framework experience to drive business outcomes.
Key Accountabilities- Develop and implement risk management programs to identify, assess, and mitigate risks across the Consumer Division.
- Evaluate the risk management framework and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Work with stakeholders to develop and implement risk management action plans.
- Conduct risk and control assessments to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain risk profiles and risk management metrics.
