High Jewellery Specialist

As a High Jewellery Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in expanding the brand High Jewellery business. Your focus will be on cultivating relationships with high-value clients, acquiring new clientele, and driving sales in this exclusive segment. Your expertise and network will help identify new business opportunities and elevate the brand’s presence in the luxury jewellery market.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Development
- Grow the High Jewellery business by identifying and capitalizing on sales opportunities in the Sydney market.
- Collaborate with the Boutique Manager to implement growth strategies and maximize walk-in opportunities with exceptional service.
- Cultivate the VIP client database and coordinate with headquarters for seamless service on high-end product inquiries.
- Achieve annual sales targets and deliver personalized experiences aligned with the brand.
- Build and nurture a portfolio of high-end clientele, focusing on VIPs
- Attend exclusive events to network and discover new client acquisition opportunities.
- Work with the Merchandising and Marketing teams to coordinate High Jewellery events and develop annual CRM plans.
- Partner with the retail team to enhance clienteling practices and support during high-traffic periods.
- Represent the brand with in-depth product knowledge during events and client appointments.
- GIA or similar gemology certification required.
- Diploma or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
- Proven track record in luxury retail or business development, particularly in high-end jewellery.
- Strong understanding of the Australian luxury market and established portfolio of VVIP clients.
- Solid expertise in gemstones, jewellery, and timepieces
- Knowledge of. current jewellery trends and experience with VVIP clientele
- Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools; strong verbal and written communication skills in English; Mandarin proficiency preferred but not exclusive.
- Highly motivated, team-oriented, and proactive in sales and client relationships
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a polished, professional demeanour
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with high-end clients
