As a Compliance Coordinator you will be responsible for ensuring aircrew legalities and expiry databases are compliant, and aircrew records and documentation are compliant with the company operations manual(s) and applicable CASA legislation. You will also provide administrative and operational support to the Part 121 Training organisation.

The ideal candidate will have experience with iflight and have the ability to create good rapport with CASA and other stakeholders.

You’ll have –

  • Proven experience partnering with the business ensuring operational requirements are met

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal / broad direction

  • Good computer skills with experience in data base operations

  • Able to meet deadlines and work under pressure

  • Demonstrated organisational and analytical skills

  • Detailed knowledge of Aircrew Awards and relevant CASA regulations

  • The ability to manage tight deadlines across conflicting priorities

  • Demonstrated influencing, negotiation and conflict resolution

  • A willingness to challenge existing work practices and deliver continuous improvements to the business

  • Proven problem solving and decision-making skills
