Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate pallet and hire equipment compliance, ensuring transaction completion and fostering strong relationships with key trading partners, including suppliers, customers, and co-packers.
  • Support continuous cost reduction programs for pallets and other hire equipment by identifying and eliminating waste in asset management processes.
  • Maintain and oversee inventory records, conduct regular audits, and ensure adherence to national reporting requirements, reducing exposure to financial losses.
  • Promote a safe workplace, comply with relevant safety and environmental regulations, and participate in ongoing improvement initiatives.

About You

You are a strategically minded individual who shares Asahi's values and our commitment to operational excellence and continuous improvement. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess a strong background in asset management. Your ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively, coupled with your strong communication and customer service skills, makes you an ideal candidate. Additionally, you possess the following:

  • Experience in pallet and equipment management.
  • Understanding of warehouse operations and materials handling equipment.
  • Ability to identify and implement cost-saving initiatives.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Strong customer relationship management skills.
  • Proficiency in SAP, particularly SAP-based warehouse management systems.
  • Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel.
