Asset Maintenance Coordinator

Job Title: Asset Maintenance Coordinator
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Asset Maintenance Coordinator to support our site Short-Term Maintenance Planner/Schedulers in optimising maintenance workforce productivity and work quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Allocate proactive Maintenance Orders with >12 weeks call horizon to Rough Cut Schedule, with input from Short-Term Planner/Scheduler
- Perform detailed planning of Maintenance Orders and assign resource requirements for approved non-emergency work
- Facilitate development of Work Instructions (PRT, Task List), including management of HSE risks, and document in SAP
- Estimate labour requirements and equipment downtime for Maintenance Orders
- Source materials, tooling, equipment and resources needed, with input from Short-Term Planner/Scheduler
- Review planned Maintenance Orders costs and obtain approval
- Set correct status on planned Maintenance Orders to Ready to Schedule and assign to Planning Buckets
- Review Rough Cut Schedule and hand over Maintenance Orders to site Short-Term Planner/Scheduler
- Continuous review of Maintenance Plan effectiveness in supporting the tactics
- Initiate amendments to Maintenance Plans, Task Lists, Work Instructions or Bills of Materials where required, with input from Short-Term Planner/Scheduler
Requirements:
- Trade qualifications in an appropriate discipline and/or relevant industry experience sufficient to estimate resources, materials, costs, timeframes and methods for required work
- Experienced user of SAP or similar work management systems
- Drivers Licence – Class C
