The Story

Join this billion $$ retail business comprised of a number of brands, acknowledged as the market leaders within the Australian retail space.  They have a vast store network across the APAC region, with an exciting growth trajectory.

The Role

This role will be a 12 month daily rate contract working 3 days a week.  It will be owning and delivering on all infrastructure related projects end to end.  Day to day will include:

  • Managing Infrastructure Projects capturing all infrastructure initiatives as they relate to IT
  • Managing external vendors to delivery
  • Embedding the PM role in the regular stand-ups for relevant teams
  • Ensuring governance across all projects and initiatives 
  • Providingguidance to BAU activities that require a light PM role as required
  • Ensuring appropriate stakeholder communication
  • Managing risks and conflicts between dependencies and interdependencies Ensure appropriate documentation is included as a deliverable.

What You Bring To The Role

The right person for the role will utilise their expertise in infrastructure project management to deliver concurrent projects end to end. 

Must Haves for the role include: 

  • Minimum 8+ years experience in infrastructure project management
  • Experience working and delivering projects in a retail business 
  • A good knowledge and understanding of Infrastructure initiatives - e.g. Comms, Networking, Servers, Environment Management, On Prem & Cloud, Security, Device Management, Identity Management 
  • Experience delivering projects across IDAM, SSO and mobile device management
  • Proven ability to challenge teams on their initiative priorities and resourcing estimates
  • Vendor Management experience
