We're seeking a talented Senior Producer to join our team at Today, Australia's most awarded social impact agency. Our team uses design and technology to make change happen at pace and at scale, tackling society's biggest challenges and driving positive change in various sectors.

About Today

We're a passionate team of 60+ in Naarm (Melbourne) with a new Gadigal (Sydney) branch taking off. We believe in human-centred design, collaboration across crafts, and a welcoming environment filled with smart, fun, and caring people from diverse backgrounds and disciplines.

The Opportunity

We're interested in meeting talented Senior Producers who are passionate about making a meaningful impact on people, society, and the environment. In this role, you will lead initiatives within a multi-year service transformation program, supporting and working alongside multi-disciplinary teams to drive positive outcomes.

Your Responsibilities

  • Leading the delivery of large digital and strategic projects
  • Being a point of contact for our wonderful clients across projects
  • Managing project teams, sprints, and outcomes
  • Coordinating day-to-day project activities across projects
  • Being part of our multidisciplinary team to deliver a positive impact
  • Supporting the growth of our client partnerships

Requirements

  • 4+ years digital production experience in agencies
  • Experience running digital and strategic projects
  • Experience with budget management - managing, tracking, forecasting, and reporting
  • Experience with complex external stakeholder engagement
  • Experience with human-centred design
  • Experience with agile methods
  • Exceptional communications skills
