About the Company

Ivory Group is a leading construction company in NSW, renowned for its innovative approach and premium large-scale commercial new build projects.

We are currently seeking an experienced Foreman to join our Sydney-based team and contribute to the delivery of landmark projects valued up to $50M.

About the Role

As a Foreman with Ivory Group, you will play a critical role in overseeing day-to-day construction operations on-site. You will report directly to the Site Manager and collaborate closely with a dedicated team that includes a Project Director, Site Managers, Engineers, and Cadets.

  • Ensure project delivery is on time, within budget, and in compliance with WHS standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • WHS Management: Implement and maintain a safe working environment for all staff and contractors.
  • Subcontractor Management: Collaborate with subcontractors to ensure timely completion of tasks and quality of work.
  • Finishes Focused: Ensure high-quality finishes throughout the project.
  • Assist Site Manager: Provide support to the Site Manager in the management of the site.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A trade qualification relevant to the construction industry.
  • Demonstrated project experience on high-rise residential projects.
  • A strong track record of stability with previous employers.
