About this Opportunity

Due to cultural sensitivities and adherence to Indigenous cultural protocols, CQUniversity is seeking both a male and female for the full-time roles of “Project Officer Indigenous Student Wellbeing." This initiative is supported through CQUniversity's Reconciliation Action Plan deliverables 9.4 - 9.4.2. Position Requirements
Identify as an Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander person Knowledge and understanding of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures and societies, and the ability to communicate sensitively and effectively with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and communities. Knowledge and understanding in the development and implementing cultural wellbeing frameworks within the workplace for students and staff. Knowledge and understanding of project management. Knowledge in the use of computers including a range of business support and project management software (e.g. word processing, spread sheeting, database, electronic diary, email etc.).
