Top Cut Foods is seeking applications from people who are willing to complete a Cert II in Meat Processing (Food Services).  You may have already worked in a previous career, or you are starting your work journey. This will suit somebody who would like to further their skills or gain new ones. You will have up to 12 months to complete this qualification. 

About this opportunity:

This traineeship provides specialised on the job training and learning with industry leading professionals at our cutting-edge facilities. After the successful completion of your traineeship, you will have the ability and opportunity to graduate to a Butchery apprenticeship. A Trade Qualified Butcher can and will provide limitless opportunities within the Top Cut organisation nationally and overseas.

  • Committed to completing a traineeship under the guidance of trade professionals
  • Responsible, enthusiastic and reliable
  • Self-motivated with a great work ethic
  • Passionate about a career in the meat industry
  • Own transport required (there is no public transport nearby)
