The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Internal Sales Team Member to join our Qld head office team. This is a full-time opportunity, working Monday – Friday (8:30 am – 5:00 pm).
Key Responsibilities
- Process and enter orders, developing a deep understanding of our products and services.
- Provide exceptional customer service to trade customers, building strong relationships and driving sales growth.
- Liaise with manufacturing and dispatch teams, as well as field trade sales team members, to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
- Collaborate with team members, other business areas, and projects as required, to achieve business objectives.
- Adhere to our critical safety rules and contribute to a safe working environment.
About You
- Desirable – experience in the building or construction industry.
- An eye for detail and order entry, with a sense of urgency to achieve results.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Passionate about creating brand loyalty and customer relationships.
- Willingness to enhance the customer experience by working with enthusiasm, energy, and pace.
