Packing Supervisor

**Top Cut Foods (Ormeau)** is looking for a Packing Supervisor to lead and oversee all aspects of the day to day running of the Packing team

Reporting to the Production Manager, you will work between 4:00 am - 2:00 pm Monday to Friday with the occasional Saturday morning. You will use your extensive experience working within a packing environment (FMCG preferred) to lead and promote the day shift team members to ensure that our meat products are delivered in full on time to meet customers’ requirements. Meat industry knowledge is an advantage.

You will be a driven Packing Supervisor and will use your initiative to identify continuous improvement opportunities and value an inclusive working environment with a strong culture of collaboration across the Packing team.
