Nbn is seeking to attract more First Nations to our ACCOM award winning Customer Field Technician Traineeship Program to promote the right capability and to increase cultural equality and increase the diversity of our operations teams, for the benefit of our workforce, customers, and communities.

As a Trainee Customer Field Technician, you will:

Work in the Field helping to connect customers to the internet Be employed on a permanent full-time basis with leave entitlements Work towards a Cert III in Telecommunications Technology over the 12-month traineeship Be supported by experts in the field to complete your traineeship, learning how to be a Customer Field Technician

You’ll experience a diverse and dynamic working environment where no two days out in the field are alike. Whether you’re out in the network performing inspections or maintenance, diagnosing, and resolving faults, to providing the best service, or connecting more homes and businesses to high-speed fibre.

A passion for customer service and, an appetite for working independently and at pace will set you up for even more success. We’ll support you with developing your skills and will provide the training and guidance you need on the job in a safe, supportive, and flexible environment while you get paid.
